I've had BD for about two years now and have been generally happy with it. But if this isn't fixed soon I'll quickly find an alternative. I previously used the full Zone Labs suite which, as far as I was concerned wasn't nearly as good as BD. That got the push after a row of badly tested releases.

I'm running XP SP2 and have had the same problem. Previous versions tended to grey out very occasionally but since upgrading my main PC to 2010 it's been a real pain in whatnots. I've not upgraded my other two PCs yet. It's happened several times in the space of 30mins this morning and, technical support, it's no good…
