I forgot to mention: When I check My Company -> Licensing, it says: endpoints: 3 used, 13 available servers: 0 used, 5 available

Thanks for the tip :) When I check the endpoint in question (which has status 'Computer managed, online, has issues' I only see 'Endpoint: active' under Protection Layers...
