Same thing here, except i have windows vista 32 bits. I disabled the UAC and installed a patch as instructed somewhere on the site, but it still doesnt work. The settings button doesnt work either. THIS IS FRUSTRATING I paid for a product that is NOT working Bitdefender fails to satisfy me at this moment.
