Hello everyone and thank you for the reply. I'm still not sure where things went wrong, as it showed as having finished the install. It does appear that it was a corrupt installation, but I'm not sure why it affected all the systems that it did. Despite being 'installed', BitDefender didn't show in the add/remove programs…
