Excuse me please. This is my first time going to a community forum and I see I posted my question incorrectly.

So when in public and not on a secure WIFI, say using my android, could I just launch Safepay instead of using a VPN? If Safepay provides so much more protection and includes a VPN, wouldn't it be best to use Safepay and not a separate VPN? I'm still not clear about this. Please explain either answer.
