One of the two problems I have been having, which seems to be related to the firewall one, has just started happening again. When I hover over the Bitdefender icon I get a permanent message of “services are loading now please wait". I will collect the logs etc as per your reply & will PM you the results as requested.

Thanks for that, currently since I uninstalled & reinstalled BitDefender, it is working OK. If it fails to start again, I will collect the data you requested & post back on here.
