I repaired and restarted, then updated and restarted a couple of times, but the issue still isn't fixed. I went ahead and created another Support Tool log and sent it by PM. Thanks again!

I've had a similar problem to the above: on-access scanning is disabled and the problem has survived several update/reboots. I ran the support tool and PM'd the support tool log to you. Thanks in advance for your assistance!
