Looks like the latest update fixed the issue (Windows 10 Home 64 bit). First time in months I've actually witnessed my memory usage go down while streaming 4k content from plex as opposed to it maxing out within seconds. I can surely keep bitdefender installed on this pc now.

I emailed them, but could not provide a log using the built in bd support log in the installation folder. It hangs at 0% gathering info after you're trying to submit.
