Hi, It keeps getting me back to the same page. BitBitdefender makes it so difficult to contact support. There is no 'I don't know option as stated in some messages. I have spent the best part of 2.5 hours looking for a way to contact support via chat and/or email. ThThanks for any help.

Hi, I suddenly encountered after playing a video on whatsapp, the screen going dark and when I tried to awaken tge device, it showed me the device pin request.
