  • Hi Cristi B. Your tip helped me. I am using a seagate usb drive. Not sure if it is FAT32 or NTFS but anyhow I tried the add/remove hardware after changing those setting and it worked. Thanks a lot.
  • Thanks! I just installed the program a few days ago so maybe it was just asking me to reboot for program updates, which is normal. How do I know which build I am using? I looked everywhere and couldn't find the version number.
