I installed the Microsoft hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2789397/en-us and so far the problem of the corrupted downloads appears to be resolved.

I have had 2 responses from customers services after emailing them regarding this issue. One telling me how to get Antivirus 2013 and another telling me how to install Antivirus 2013. No wonder there is a problem when they do not even read the emails sent to them.

Nothing from Adriana S. in 8 days. As so many users have this issue it must be very easy to replicate and resolve. Just how many people have Bitdefender got working on this.

I too am having problems with corrupted downloads. I am very disappointed having used Bitdefender for some time with no problems. I have 9 licences but I am having to use a competitor's antivirus instead. The lack of a solution for this is just not good enough.
