Hi Christi, Thank you very much for your reply. I have the 64bit W7, I thought the BDIS 2010 installation files supported both 32 and 64bit. Wrong assumption I suppose. Will download the 64bit version of BDIS and see if it works which I suspect should. Thank you once again, Jennifer
