I found the Bitdefender Password Manager Recovery kit with the recovery ID. But when I copy and paste that into the screen asking for it, I get a "Don't recognize that recovery ID." AND there is no next step shown. So what do I do? No phone number! No email! No URL! Frankly this has been the WORST experience I've ever had…
