I followed the solution and it also worked for me. A few differences, I only ran Bitdefenders standalone uninstaller, rebooted and went to Bitdefender Central and downloaded the online installer. Just wanted to register and write that Im also having this issue. Im experiencing all the same issues OP described and have also tried all the Bitdefender troubleshooting steps. Only thing I can add is that Im running the latest beta of Windows 11 build 22635.3858 Perhaps that might be the issue.
