Had the update and bit better, 2nd manual update stuck on 1% for about 2 minuites then jumped to 100%

I also have this amazingly long updating which has gon on through two version updates now. I'm on 27.0.41.197

Thanks I have given up with Netgear and changed to my ISPs hardware and bought Bitdefender direct. The VPN from them hasn't crashed as yet so if I had to wait for Netgear to catch up it would have been months

Had reply from support, passed me link for Netgear, ends up with them again talk about passing the buck!

I contaxted them 3 days ago as my new laptop started to get the errer a week ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled both VPN and Bitdefender but evey time a boot I still get the errer. Well now the 20th and well over a month or more since the 26 update. I’m pleased its known we are safe from any newer problems covered by any 26 updates let alone the 27 that Bitdefender has had out for months and some appear to have had via Netgear. Well June and I am still on 26.0.33 andBitdefender is a full version up on ths, 27.
