  • I can not believe BitDefender takes more than a full day so far to figure out what is wrong. Can you imagine how much time they would need once a virus or trojan is discovered? Last chat with BitDefender at 1:30 pm Central Time and they still promising us to have it fix in two hours. Good luck for all of us, Julio
  • I am in the same boat: I have 5 PCs with exact the same problem since Nov 01, 2008. I guess the problem is BitDefender server update: it is down. My problem is even worst because Windows (XP Pro SP3) is reminding me over and over that I am not protected and I need update my antivirus or install another one. What I recomend…
