Windows 10 opens a new window, in which it asks whether you want to "Add a child or an adult." Select the "Add a child" option upsers. If your child already has a Microsoft account, then it means he or she has an email address that he/she uses to sign in to Windows 10, Xbox, Office, Outlook.com, OneDrive, or Skype.
