Those did not help fix the problem. Tried to contact BD support. I am waiting for some kind of reply from them with a solution. Very frustrating not being able to access your own files.

I agree. I am a paying customer and I do not like this type of advertising. I have selected to shut off ads and pop-ups in the Bitdefender settings. This should not be happening. I selected this option for a reason. I do not want to see ads or popups for them! Bitdefender shouldn't be programming an override in to their…
