Hello! Thank you for replying, I figured that Bitdefender doesn't require implementations for virus scanner in IDM (Internet Download Manager). As real-time protection scanner seems to do the job. Thanks again.

I only require a program that just prevents access to folders/files, and also gives me notifications whether an application tries to access it. I do not need encryption, I just need the option to allow/deny access to programs.
