  • The malware scan fix offered to me by BD Support has worked for a week. This morning I turned on my computer and got the usual scan Status warning. Unfortunately, clicking Fix does not initiate a system scan. BD scanning appears to be frozen. I have reported this to BD Support and I await their reply.
