I have BD Total Security 2016 and this happens to me (happened with the 2015 edition as well). Flash videos cause this issue and I need to manually close the Fin_Wait 2 connections with Tcpview.

Same issue happens to me. When I boot my PC, BD doesn't automatically start and I'm forced to manually open it. When I open it, it says that there are issues to resolve (phishing filter is turned off). It happens all time when I boot and repairing/reinstalling didn't fix it. I have Total Security 2016 and Windows 10.
