These websites are not being blocked on Virus Total by Bitdefender; this will discourage people from using Bitdefender free , but sure enough they will not switch to the paid version. What is a good free alternative? What about MSE? Has excellent results on AV Comparatives.

Most likely you cannot. Bitdefender free is "as is", use it on your own risk, with ZERO support.
