i tried disableing all the services in bitdefender and i still get the problem

i had this same exact problem anoying but i got it to work after messing around with windows i think it was this>> Go to control panel then open windows firewall then click on recomended settings. i messed around with other windows settings but i think it was this that made it work Edit: also if this works its possible…
