The menu can be found in Settings -> Change PC Settings -> Update and recovery -> Recovery That does indeed take you to Advanced Settings but, unfortunately, the UEFI Firmware settings (mentioned in the URL that you kindly provided) do not exist therefore this approach does not resolve my problem.
