for mine works fine currently too. thanks anyway for your replies guys wtf? my post edited ? i said i'm going to leave Bitdefender and switch to another vendor becuase its almost 80 hours past and i got no answer from my open ticket !

if someone try to submit an email, or start a Chat Connection with Supports, this will submit as a bug or issue and will send to Developres, i think we got an answer faster anyway we have a Technical Support here in forum also, we can stay to see whats he is going to say about that
