Spoke too soon, its down again. Starting to wonder if I made the right choice seeming that I only purchased it today and look at the problems so far

Looks like it's been resolved but a little buggy. It let me in and I was able to add my laptop and phone but it still does not show up in the dash board and now the dash board won't load at all.

Glad I am not alone - just seemed so coincidental that as soon as I purchase the software the control panel don't work. It loads now but it won't let me login and neither for my software. Bad timing ay!
