Nope i never got it fixed. i can block the push.bitdefender but it comes from the client not from the internet side. so blocking is no use

2016 version never had this problem and 2017 does STILL keeps asking for a system restart to replace system files. Just did the update and all like above but still keeps poping up that it needs a restart. Its almost better to turn of the update because its getting very Irritating. And im still mildly talking.
