I have figured out the issue. Thank you for showing me. I did not type in my application path correct, which I was unaware of.

In the firewall settings > click on rules tab > click 'add rule' > click on advanced tab > add the configuration. I have done this, and an error pops up saying "Invalid Application Path." My outgoing IP would be 127.0.0.1 correct? Or am I way off on that.
