You are not the only one having issues with this. I started with my internet provider and they spent a lot of time on the phone with me. I think I fixed the problem on my computer, I did delete all the temporary files that I could, I tried to uninstall Bit Defender Agent which was added on July 17 ( I had no idea ) but it would not let me delete Total Security Bit Defender because it said I didn't have administrator priliveges….but I did delete Bit Defender…

That is about the same time I started having issues …can't open youtube, banking sites, email, amazon, etc. I have tried restarting routers, and modems, turning off Bit Defender, Clearing temp files …still not working. I called Bid Defender and they say it is not their issue…but apparently it is.
