I do appreciate Bitdefender addressing our battery drain issues for all this time. I have yet to see anyone who has posted their concerns coming back saying they jumped through all of Bitdefenders hoops to make the applications work without so much battery drain. It would be super to hear some positive remarks? I gave up,…

Me too, 3rd gen (I errored as 2nd gen in previous posting, didn’t realize I had the newest SE at the time). This product works great on husbands’ HP! I tried all of the self help Bitdefender suggested to no avail. They do suggest it’s the apps we are using. Apple community was very snarky when I reached out to see if…

I appreciate Bitdefender for Window/Android devices very much. I did not have any battery issues on my Apple iPhone prior to adding Bitdefender. I did not add any other apps while trying to get Bitdefender to work for me on my Apple mobile devices. Once removing it, battery usage went back to normal. I do not understand…

I too have posted past similar comments. Iphone SE 2nd Gen and an IPad Pro. After sharing my battery log with Bitdefender and still having issues I reached out to the Apple community for their comments. I will not post what was said here, but would suggest you might read the comment left for me at Apples website. My…

I have noticed the percent drop significantly since turning off the background refresh. It’s gone from 49% to 3% of battery usage… but it took a few a days to change. iPhone SE 2nd Gen 16.1 iOS, I do turn off my phone at night now too which may make a difference as well?

Thank you for update! Just did as you instructed. We will see. Bitdefender has been consuming the highest amount/percentage of daily battery usage over all other apps. iPhone SE 2nd Gen, 16.1. This is great news and your direction makes sense.

I know how you feel, very odd. I did follow up with the support team as mentioned above by Alexanderdru_BD. Followed the link, sent what was asked of (screen shot, model of phone, IOS) and after that, someone on the team responded with “we know there is a problem and we are working on it”. Maybe I chose the wrong item…

And…. I have 5 licenses. I have been trying their advice to delete app on IPhone SE 2nd Gen, then reinstall a few times to see if it helps. Because I have done this I have “used” all my license. I have 2 devices active only (2 shown onBit Central, I removed iPhone! Shows 2 IOS though being used) Tried to contact support…

Follow up for my concern, same issue posted for Apple SE 2nd Gen… I reached out, got a email back saying they are working on. Never asked for anymore info, then an email stating since I hadn’t contacted them further the case was closed. Before deleting app, Bitdefender was using 29-33% even overnight when I was not using…

Same with a new iPhone SE 2nd Gen, so it’s not my battery. I have reported to support. I uninstalled then reinstalled as per their suggestion, but it did not correct battery drain issue. iPad Pro 10.5 is fine. Disappointed as the 5 devices of any platform package was the draw for me. Hope the fix it soon!

Copy that, will do and thank you!
