Hi Roxana, thank you for replying. I am sending an email to bitsy@bitdefender.com with the required info one of these days. And I agree…

Anyone? No One? Am I the only one having this issue?

Hi Roxana, is Bitdefender compatible now? I think Mojave was officially released yesterday.

I'm also interested in receiving an answer from Bitdefender. I have actually uninstalled Bitdefender from my Mac ( which is running MacOS Mojave for almost 2 weeks) because it was slowing my Mac considerably. Since removing Bitdefender, my Mac is blazing fast, loading my Desktop elements instantaneous. When I was running…

23 minutes ago, Harrogate said: The issue continues for me with 7.0.0.4, this time it's not BDAgentD but BDUpdDaemon. Was initially on 6.2.2.2 when the issue with BDAgentD started. Installed 7.0.0.2, issue remained. Finally just did the clean install of 7.0.0.4 but now BDUpdDaemon is the problem with 90%+ CPU usage.…

I don't think anyone works to solve this issue at this moment. Probably, tomorrow someone will consider looking around. Personally, I don't think we will see a solution / update anytime soon. I'm uninstalling BitDefender as we talk. Nextime, I'll spend some more time reading reviews, before purchasing a something…

This process (bdagentd) causes my Mac to become so hot, that I actually need to plugin an external cooler and manually increase the fan speed up to 4 - 5000 rpm! The only programs running were, Activity Monitor, Firefox ( with one tab only ) and Onenote. I had also forwarded what The Support Guy asked for. This is so…

Same problem here. I have 2 MacBooks (pro and air), both of them having Bitdefender ( VPN included) and both of indicating the bdagentd process running with 90 -100 % of CPU. I’ve tried killing the process, without success. Then I’ve Uninstalled Bitdefender on MacBook Air and problem disappeared. I hope the problem gets…
