I went to the second link but found I would download the same "BD_Intermetsecurity_2010_64b.exe" that I saved in my computer. I would reproduce the same problem. Do you have another possibilities…

Hello Quinnt, If the laptop has at least 1GB RAM, I would recommend upgrading to the latest version. The automated 32/64bit install kit can be downloaded from here Otherwise, the 64bit install kit for BitDefender Internet Security 2010 can be downloaded from here Let us know if issue persists.
