the 3 step advice above did work. I followed every instruction. I was nervous about deleting Kaspersky and not having internet security for about an hour. Also I wasn’t sure which files to delete in temp/%temp%. Bitdefender was installed without errors Thanks

I could not finish the Bitdefender install because I could not uninstall Kaspersky. Error 29023. Why has this not been resolved in the newest version of the Bitdefender install? I’m keeping Kaspersky on my computer. RT
