This is a problem with Bit Defender's interface with Windows. To turn off the notifications in Windows: Go to Start -- Settings -- System -- Notifications & Actions -- Scroll down to turn off either ALL notifications OR just notifications from Bit Defender. This stops the constant “blocked suspicion connection” popup, but…
