Just recently (2-3 weeks ago perhaps) got this myself…. I've had 100% always (1440p). Changed scaling , and back to 100% , no luck. I think this started to occur when i switched from my 3060 Ti to my 4070 Super, but I'm no 100% sure….I think it was like that a bit before the switch.
