Also what is the correct action to take on over compressed files? I have followed the file address and it is part of a program I down loaded to burn DVD's and CD's and does nothing, Should I just leave it or try and fix it?

Robert, you disable "Real-time protection" in the Antivirus Advanced Menu (for BD 2009) or Expert Menu (for BD 2010) in the Shield tab. There is a "Real-time protection" checkbox there. Just uncheck it and you have BD disabled. Thank you

Hello Robert1, GLB files are Global Module in Basic Program. What exactly they contain and what is their purpose depends on what application uses them. Please provide a BitDefender scan log to see exactly what is the situation. Cris UM dumb question but how do I do that?
