oh stop thinking that shtdown command is helping IT IS JUST SHUT DOWN AS YOU CAN PRES OFF BUTTON ON LAPTOP ITS THE SAME !! and i can explain shutdown is reset /r - reset /t /0 - means time 0 wich is immeditly...

I am an IT guy and i DONT understand why they dont go to previus build and let the definitions be updated. I am sure that upgrade and definitions are not bundeld together OR they have serious s....t hole in the code...
