I think you just need to login on the new device as well so that you can add it. As long as you log in using your bitdefender account, that has the subscription, everything shall work out

Please login to your bitdefender central account. Select my devices and click on the install bitdefender on my devices so that you can generate a link that can be sent to your email from which you can commence installation
