Hi, I had exactly the same problem on 2 machines runsing insider. I reported it 2 days ago and my post hasn't yet been approved, as far as i can see!! Managed to fix by booting into safe mode and uninstalling Bitdefender. I like the software and have paid for it so it is infuriating that I can't now use it.
