I had the same issue, and tried the "repair" option. However it got stuck at 25%, and I tried to restart the computer. Now I can't uninstall the Bitdefender or install a new version. One way to verify if it's BD causing the issue is to disable it and see if Bluestacks work. I disabled everything (like I mentioned in the beginning of this thread) but Bluestacks still does not work... Any advise?
