Just installed a new endpoint this morning (26.04.2023) after noting the post below. So far, no issues here.

I can confirm all my new installations are now up and running. The 5 day turn around though leaves a little to be desired. But for now Im moving on.

Same here. This issue started for me last Friday. I am now sitting on quite a few workstations that I cannot deploy as in addition to the "pending". I also see all modules have expired.

My understanding as a reseller is that you are required to use GravityZone for MSP's to control all clients under a central console. Bitdefender GravityZone Business Security Cloud requires a separate console for each client. Philip
