  • Still having the same problem after re-installing.... Same issue here. It started after an update early December. I ran the sfc /scannow, still the same. Any help would be great.

  • Hi Carmen, Thanks for the reply. I have the same "not installed on ..... problem as the other posts here and have tried all suggestions except your Trusted Zone because I am using BD 2010 Antivirus and have no Firewall setting. Do you have any more suggestions? Thanks Owen
