I connected to Chat Suppport and they made a couple of suggestions. But nothing that I have tried works. When I attempt to add a Goole emial, it loads immediately. It is the Outlook email that fails. Every time that I try that process, I reach this screen:

Thanks for your reply. Sorry, but I failed to provide enough information. I want to register my primary email, which is an MSN account, to scan for threats. To do this, I have to shut off the VPN to access the Microsoft account. I enter my credentials for the email account. I choose Outlook: I enter my credentials for MSN…
