I have the same problem on 8.3.0.8 with adding Parallels but not with CPU. I often have to add Parallels to the Allowed Applications. It then drops off.

in Bitdefender for Mac consistently drops "Allowed Applications" for Safe Files. Comment by Steva December 2020
