  • I think the point has been missed. I too, am a longtime loyal Bitdefender customer who continues to experience the same issue at renewal time. As the top rated IT Security company, it is very odd that you have not invested more in your customer relations. As suggested, I have turned off auto renewal for this exact issue.…
