Thanks. I called support and they said this is a known high priority issue, affecting new (unregistered) devices, and they're working on it. Hoping to hear back soon. Also learned that you need a subscription but it comes with a one year subscription as a new device. In case anyone else is wondering.

Thanks. I'll try the phone numbers now It's a brand new account we just created as part of the setup so I doubt there's much to see on the account, to be honest. Do we have to have a separate paid subscription to use the basic BOX features?
