disabeling Facebook block did not solve the issue. So completly removed it and all is well now. What i fail to understand is why would blocking facebook block bitdefender updates? am using Keyword to block facebook Anyways lets consider this issue solved as i can update now. But if you could let me know any ideas on why…

issue stays the same even after following your second email instructions. We use draytek router 2820n, without any firewall restrictions on it besides facebook. even after enabling facebook the issue stays the same.
