I am still having this issue - However, it only seems to happen to specific websites - The moment I turn it off the problem is resolved. At this point in time I feel this issue is being ignored as I have seen others speak about it other places without resolution.

I have bitdefender premium with premium VPN for windows. I have done all the updates. However, I do not see the VPN double hop feature anywhere on my windows 10 machine. Is this only for mobile devices? If do that's a shame :(
