Hi! Add me and our clients also, i´ve gotten this on both windows 8, windows 8.1 clients and windows 7.. Easy way to fix the problem is to start the bitdefender and select to disable both "Virus Shield" and "Auto Scan" then reboot the machine, then it should be ok again.
