im having the exact same problems as grimreaper.. did a speedtest before bitdefender which was very smooth download speed, installed bitdefender which gave me "shark fins" for downloading. Tested everything with firewall "on", "off", went into registry to bypass the IDS, no luck. I finally unistalled it and did a speedtest…
